Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, document, and prioritize fraud vulnerabilities and risks in VHA programs using the GAO Fraud Risk Framework.
- Support internal controls testing and develop recommendations to strengthen controls.
- Facilitate interviews, working sessions, and meetings with OIC and VHA stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of relevant fraud experience.
- Working knowledge of fraud risk management frameworks (GAO, COSO, Green Book).
- Strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills with ability to draw conclusions from interviews and data.
