About the Role:
- Responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's Fraud Risk Management and Operations program.
- Primary oversight of fraud alert monitoring (Level 1) and fraud case investigations (Level 2).
What You Will Do:
- Manage and oversee team responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 fraud activities.
- Establish and monitor quality standards, productivity expectations, and SLAs.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
