Job Description
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you’ll shape how GitLab designs and manages compensation to support a high-performance, values-driven culture across our global, all-remote team. You’ll translate our company strategy into thoughtful compensation programs that are fair, competitive, and easy to understand, helping GitLab leaders make confident decisions on hiring, promotions, and rewards. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards and joining the Compensation team, you’ll own key programs like merit and promotion cycles, equity initiatives, and our global job architecture, while advising senior business and People team partners on complex compensation topics.
In your first year, you’ll focus on refining our global frameworks, improving processes and tools, and using data and market insights to ensure our programs remain equitable, scalable, and compliant across many countries.
