AI QA Automation Manager

Testing & People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Engineers across disciplines.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance.
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and delivery timelines.

Process Ownership & Quality Strategy:

• Establish QA standards, guidelines, and best practices across teams.
• Drive proactive Quality Advocacy, embedding quality thinking early in the SDLC.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and coverage for new features.

AI & Automation Leadership:

• Lead the design, implementation, and expansion of AI-enabled automation frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and optimize test cases.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
