Responsibilities:

Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions aligning with client objectives and regulations.
Support: Provide L2 technical support, troubleshoot using tools like Datadog.
Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and develop examples for customer integrations and POCs.

Qualifications:

4+ years in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
Proficient problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Customer-first attitude, comfortable reading code and querying data.

Nice to Have:

Experience in regtech/fintech or virtual asset sector.
Prior work with financial institutions and AML controls.
Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.
