Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with APIs, databases, servers, and network technologies.
- Serve as primary technical contact for customer inquiries, providing empathetic and clear communication.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
- Proficiency in web hosting, APIs, network architecture, and server troubleshooting.
