Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and analysis to the UpGuard community and staff globally.
- Manage communications with security engineers and customers on ticket escalations and bugs.
- Advocate for community needs with the product team.
Requirements:
- Experience investigating and replicating technical issues in a customer-facing role.
- Strong foundation in IT tools like Nmap, Curl, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, and AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
