Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and analysis to the UpGuard community and staff globally.
  • Manage communications with security engineers and customers on ticket escalations and bugs.
  • Advocate for community needs with the product team.

Requirements:

  • Experience investigating and replicating technical issues in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong foundation in IT tools like Nmap, Curl, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, and AI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
