Talent Acquisition Manager, UK & Ireland

Recruiting & Delivery:

• Own end-to-end hiring for UK&I portfolio companies.
• Build tailored recruitment strategies aligned to each company’s culture.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools.

Stakeholder Partnership:

• Act as a hiring consultant, advising stakeholders, and guiding role definition.
• Manage difficult or resistant stakeholders with clear and transparent communication.
• Set expectations early and build trust through consistent updates.

Operational Excellence & Projects:

• Contribute to cross-regional TA initiatives.
• Support the implementation and adoption of TA systems.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure efficient use of tools.
