- Coordinate schedule updates with families, BCBAs, behavior technicians, and intake team.
- Communicate session times, confirmations, cancellations, and changes by phone, text, and email.
Qualifications:
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent.
- Clear, warm communication and confidence speaking with families and staff.
Location & Schedule:
- Remote position based in Arkansas or Alabama.
- Regular overlap with Mountain Time business hours.
- Reliable internet and availability to work regular hours.
