Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues and service requests.
  • Provide day-to-day support and assistance to Salesforce users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to validation rules, flows, or automation errors.

Salesforce Administration:

  • Perform routine Salesforce administrative tasks and user setup.
  • Assist with onboarding new users, including account setup and permissions.
  • Help maintain user documentation, FAQs, and support materials.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) or willingness to work toward certification.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
