Job Description
Support daily operations by ensuring system reliability and quickly resolving user issues. Resolve user issues quickly and effectively. Manage and secure devices, including updates, configurations, and inventory. Maintain and improve endpoint management via MDM tools (e.g. Kandji, Intune). Fix recurring issues by improving existing tools, workflows, and configurations. Identify root causes of repeated problems and eliminate them through process updates. Tune SaaS, identity, and access systems for smoother, more secure operations. Streamline existing workflows to reduce friction and manual work. Design new systems and workflows to support growth and scalability. Build and automate user onboarding, access, and support workflows. Implement new tooling and processes that scale with the organization. Anticipate future needs and create adaptable, forward-looking solutions.
