Responsibilities:
- Collects and verifies patient demographic and insurance information prior to scheduled appointments.
- Ensures smooth registration process and accurate financial clearance.
- Supports compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards; performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service, office, or healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of coursework in medical terminology or healthcare administration.
- Prior experience in patient access, registration, or insurance verification within a healthcare environment.
Work Details:
- Remote full-time position, first shift.
- 80 hours per pay period, FTE 1.0.
