Where You'll Work:
- Work remotely from home within Utah or Colorado.
- Be part of a large healthcare system with over 700 care sites across the U.S.
- Support a mission of building healthy communities and advocating for the vulnerable.
What You'll Do:
- Determine patient eligibility for financial assistance programs and payment plans.
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and provide price estimates.
- Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and internal departments to coordinate care and payments.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED, and 6 months of healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding, medical terminology, and customer service.
- CPR certification as required by facility.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting and occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
