Job Description
Develop and execute the enterprise vision for Omada’s customer reporting strategy ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer expectations, and evolving healthcare market needs. Oversee design, development, and delivery of all customer-facing reports and dashboards. Partner with Clinical, Product, Customer Success, Data Science, and Sales leaders to align reporting strategy with company goals. Build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data analytics, reporting operations, and product marketing. Translate clinical, behavioral, and business data into compelling narratives that showcase Omada’s value and impact for our customers. Drive automation, scalability, and data quality to support consistent, reliable delivery of insights.
