Tech Stack Architecture & Ownership:
- Serve as the primary architect and administrator of Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Own the broader GTM tech stack and drive cross-system architecture decisions.
- Maintain system-level documentation and vendor relationships.
Project Scoping & Execution:
- Independently scope, design, and execute mid-to-large RevOps initiatives end-to-end.
- Translate business requirements from leadership into system designs and deliverable plans.
- Operate as a working project manager and own outcomes.
Analytics & Data Storytelling:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards spanning the full revenue funnel.
- Proactively surface insights, anomalies, and trends to leadership.
- Translate complex analytical narratives into executive-ready summaries.
