How you can make a difference:
- The Sr. Corporate Counsel is a key member of HealthEquity’s Legal Department
- Focus on providing employment and other legal advice to business leaders.
- Assist with whistleblower hotline and other complaint responses.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle or coordinate unemployment appeal hearings.
- Investigate and defend charges of discrimination, and other regulatory complaints.
- Draft separation agreements, other employment-related agreements.
What you will need to be successful:
- Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, state laws.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
