S&OP Process Leadership:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s S&OP framework.
- Establish governance, operating cadence, and standards for an effective, scalable S&OP process.
- Drive executive-level engagement, ensuring cross-functional commitment to decisions and accountability for outcomes.
Supply/Demand Integration:
- Oversee the development of accurate, data-driven demand forecasts leveraging quantitative modeling and business insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate market intelligence, promotional plans, and new product data into forecasting models.
- Apply scenario planning to mitigate risks, identify opportunities, and enhance forecast confidence.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure forecasting accuracy, supply alignment, and overall process effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the central integrator between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Champion organizational adoption of S&OP best practices to mature planning processes and improve performance
