About the Role:
- Convert free users into paid partnerships by building campaigns that capture the moment a school is ready to adopt CommonLit.
- Own lead generation strategy end to end, including channel management, regional outreach, and AEO/SEO.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketer (Community & Engagement), Product Marketer, Retention Marketer, and Sales team to align efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lead generation across web, email, paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit), and Google Ads, including QA and reporting.
- Co-own in-product lead generation, with a focus on banner and interstitial performance.
- Leverage district usage data to create targeted outreach campaigns and respond to real signals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Ads, Webflow, PostHog, Looker, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs and AEO preferred; strong data and analytical skills required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $105,000-$115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
