THE OPPORTUNITY:
- We’re looking for a Pricing & Risk Director to own the strategic direction of Kin’s eastern region, leading a team of state managers.
- This role sets the pricing and risk frameworks that drive sustainable, profitable growth across our most complex markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region, driving rate strategy, loss ratio targets, and expense management to deliver sustainable profitability.
- Present pricing and risk insights to executive leadership and regulatory bodies, articulating trade-offs with confidence.
- Apply AI and data tools to surface emerging risk patterns and improve pricing accuracy.
