About the Role:
- Build centralized Revenue Operations from the ground up as a pivotal leader.
- Own pricing strategy, deal guidance framework, and analytical pricing tool.
- Lead a team of analysts and personally engage in deal reviews and weekly sales leadership meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Set company-wide pricing strategy, margin targets, and exception thresholds.
- Drive deal-guidance adherence and systematic margin improvement quarter over quarter.
- Oversee deal intelligence operations, including deal review thresholds and learning systems.
Qualifications & Interests:
- 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, or revenue management with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of managing pricing strategy in a complex B2B environment with multi-product portfolio.
- Handson deal desk experience and analytical depth to translate data into actionable strategy.
