About the Role:

  • Build centralized Revenue Operations from the ground up as a pivotal leader.
  • Own pricing strategy, deal guidance framework, and analytical pricing tool.
  • Lead a team of analysts and personally engage in deal reviews and weekly sales leadership meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Set company-wide pricing strategy, margin targets, and exception thresholds.
  • Drive deal-guidance adherence and systematic margin improvement quarter over quarter.
  • Oversee deal intelligence operations, including deal review thresholds and learning systems.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, or revenue management with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of managing pricing strategy in a complex B2B environment with multi-product portfolio.
  • Handson deal desk experience and analytical depth to translate data into actionable strategy.
