- Lead, manage, mentor, and support a group of 30-40 clinicians.
- Provide continuous improvement feedback and quarterly quality evaluations.
- Coordinate with practice leaders for ongoing training and professional development.
Clinical Quality & Efficiency:
- Develop and monitor clinical protocols and standards.
- Analyze clinical data to assess performance and drive improvement.
- Conduct chart reviews in coordination with the Lead of Clinical Quality and Safety.
Patient & Clinician Well-being:
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Coordinate with the Director of Wellness to support clinician well-being.
- Develop strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Align clinical strategies with overall business goals.
- Participate in development of initiatives related to growth and technology adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
