GTM Systems Analyst

System Administration:

• Own the day-to-day health of core GTM platforms, managing configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation.
• Ensure systems reflect how teams work, not just how they were set up two years ago.

Integration Support:

• Maintain clean data flows across GTM toolset including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms.
• Be the person who knows how signals travel between systems and why, ensuring reliable flow.

Data Governance:

• Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy.
• Build infrastructure of trust for revenue reporting and forecasting alongside GTM Engineers and System Architect.

Stakeholder Support & Tooling Evaluation:

• Act as go-to technical partner for frontline GTM teams, triaging issues and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Help evaluate new GTM tech and AI tools, supporting contract renewals and implementations.
