Multifamily Bond Credit Attorney

About the Role:

• This attorney will play a key role in supporting multifamily financing products and transactions.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and manage outside counsel throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Provide transactional support and strategic legal guidance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of municipal finance, public finance, or related transactional finance experience.
• Experience with bond credit enhancement transactions.
• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated total compensation is $104,500-325,000 per year for full-time attorney roles.
