Senior Accountant

Role Overview:

• This is a hands-on Senior Accountant position reporting directly to the Controller as part of a two-person in-house accounting team.
• The role focuses on customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and sales tax administration, with additional responsibilities as the department transitions fully in-house.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and issue timely, accurate customer invoices and resolve billing questions with internal teams.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue invoices, and coordinate collections with the Controller.
• Manage day-to-day sales tax administration, exemption certificates, and reconciliations.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of accounting experience including invoicing, AR, and customer account maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and working knowledge of sales tax administration.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and ownership mindset, with NetSuite experience preferred.
