Global Accounting Operations Specialist

The Role:

• Supports global accounts receivable operations with focus on cash applications.
• Trains on Concur expense review, accounts payable, and sales order validation.
• Combines AR duties with reconciliation, month-end close, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports for compliance and proper coding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of AR, cash application, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and strong Excel skills preferred.
