Sr. Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and process timely and accurate invoices for the most complex customer accounts and billing arrangements.
• Review contracts and agreements, reconcile billing data across connected systems, and trace discrepancies to their source.
• Own month-end and year-end billing close, including support schedules, reconciliations, and audit requests.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with four or more years of billing or finance experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, plus advanced Excel skills for reconciling large data sets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the composure to handle contested invoices directly with customers.
