About the Role:
- Tax Division provides bank products to the independent tax professional industry.
- Director leads compliance program ensuring adherence to federal and state laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
What You Will Do:
- Lead compliance team, develop skills, and establish professional standards.
- Design risk management processes for bank products and loan portfolio compliance.
- Collaborate with business risk groups and direct compliance reviews.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years experience, 5+ years leadership.
- Experience in banking, tax financial products, and working with regulators.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
