As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for driving new processes across TA, collaborating with other team members on initiatives and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to how we operate as a full service TA model. This role will directly impact our engineering and product hiring, ensuring we meet our business objectives for these departments in alignment with our headcount plan.
Responsibilities include producing results in alignment with Camundaβs headcount plan and business objectives in terms of company growth and scaling teams globally, driving an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience, tracking and analyzing metrics and reporting on hiring progress to business leadership, and proactively improving and initiating creative and scalable changes to the talent acquisition strategy.
