Principal AI Strategist

About the Role:

• Miratech is hiring a visionary Principal AI Strategist to be clients' go-to expert on AI in the contact center and help grow from delivery partner to strategic AI advisor.
• You will own the AI vision, business case, and client executive relationships, turning interest into a prioritized, vendor-neutral roadmap.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as senior AI advisor to executives, leading readiness assessments and defining AI strategies across data, platform, people, and governance.
• Design live demos, prototypes, and workshops that show executives what AI can do across customer, agent, supervisor, and workforce use cases.
• Partner with sales and account teams on AI-led pursuits and build Miratech's AI advisory offerings and playbooks.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of contact center experience with 3+ years leading AI, automation, or conversational AI strategy and programs.
• Deep knowledge of CCaaS platforms like Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, and NiCE CXone, plus major AI services from Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
• Strong executive presence, storytelling, and vendor-neutral advising skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI use cases.
