About the Role:
- Be at the forefront of AI transformation in customer experience.
- Partner with Sales Directors as a business consultant and technical expert.
- Guide prospective customers through discovery, design, and validation of AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems, including contact center infrastructure and CRM platforms.
- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight measurable business outcomes.
- Run ROI workshops and build business case models connecting Cresta's capabilities to quantifiable impact.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and CCaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs and SLMs.
