What You’ll Do:
- Manage account portfolios including account plans, touchpoints, QBRs, and renewals.
- Drive adoption and expansion by understanding customer goals and demonstrating product value.
- Advocate for customer needs and turn one-off solutions into repeatable offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows and the agent development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
