Job Summary:
- Supports the VA's VHA Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort (RISE) to improve organizational alignment and care delivery.
- Manages enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and high-quality care for Veterans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads financial tracking and performance oversight across RISE implementation workstreams.
- Ensures alignment of budget, resource utilization, and financial reporting with program objectives.

Qualifications and Support:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 8+ years of federal financial management experience.
