Role Overview:

  • Acts as a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow Solutions based on best practices.
  • Focuses on solving relevant customer challenges, providing support during sales cycles and direct engagements.
  • Brings architectural guidance, industry business acumen, and deep product expertise to drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design solutions using Workflow Solutions for common customer use cases and publish these for broader consumption.
  • Establish relationships with product owners to promote awareness of Workflow Solutions capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Lead office hours, presentations, and webinars to showcase customer use cases and successes for field stakeholders.
  • Enable and mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem.

Qualifications and Travel:

  • Requires at least 8 years of experience implementing complex technologies and 5 years with ServiceNow Workflow Solutions.
  • Experience with leading PaaS and Low Code platforms like Salesforce, Outsystems, Pega, or PowerApps is essential.
  • Understanding of AI Models, including Generative AI, and experience with ServiceNow's AI tools is highly valued.
  • Must hold or obtain ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator and Certified Technical Architect.
  • Up to 50% annual travel is required, driven by customer needs and internal meetings.
