Job Description
Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for reporting, tracking and trending analysis through Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Xactly Analytics, and other Enterprise reporting tools and systems, in support of the Sales Compensation team and its operational effectiveness. Being a co-owner of these platforms and aiding in the monthly, quarterly, and other ad hoc commissions and credits reporting, you will play a critical role in the success and strategy of our Sales Compensation team.
This role has high visibility, and provides detailed sales rep-related performance information to several internal Sales teams and senior Twilio Sales leadership. Translate complex data into actionable insights through the development of intuitive dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling that supports strategic business decisions. Retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and present data using effective data visualization techniques. Apply advanced SQL and ETL skills, leveraging Salesforce and Presto, Heroku or other data warehousing tools to support data mining and reportingUtilize your expertise in Salesforce and its reporting capabilities to design custom reports, build dashboards, and optimize data flows for accurate business insights.
