Job Description
This individual will personally lead enterprise-level sales engagements with large school districts, states, and healthcare systems, developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value, multi-year contracts, and negotiate complex agreements aligned with Hazelβs mission and business objectives. They will build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, developing accurate sales forecasts and reporting, and leveraging CRM tools to track progress while engaging senior-level decision makers and collaborating with Hazelβs client success and partnerships teams. The Sr. Director will also represent Hazel Health at industry events, facilitating proposals for speaking engagements to position Hazel as a leader in school-based healthcare.
