  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Identify customer's needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance.

  • Provide your own equipment and workspace.
  • Verified high-speed internet service and dedicated work area.
