Job Description

As a Provider Account Manager you will be an advocate for Network Providers, one of Lantern’s most important customer groups. Provider Account Managers build strong, trusting relationships with Network Providers and act as a lead resource and principal point-of-contact. You will be working closely with Practice Management, Scheduling, and Billing offices. The Account Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the claims, reimbursement, and support processes for the Network Provider relationship – as well as a full understanding of the practice’s revenue cycle. This includes a thorough understanding of systems, process and service specific requirements, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include relationship management, book-of-business expertise, proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and trend analysis and reporting.
