Recruiter

Wealthsimple is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent & Performance team on a 1-year contract basis. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for high-impact and complex roles across tech and business teams, partnering with leaders as a trusted advisor, and guiding with data, insights, and strong market judgment. You'll lead intake and strategy sessions, interpret funnel metrics, coach hiring managers, and build diverse pipelines. Ideal candidates will have extensive recruiting experience, familiarity with sourcing platforms and AI tooling, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating with business leaders.
