- Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, review, and refinement of instructional materials and low-complexity learning content.
- Facilitate learning programs, gather learner feedback, track progress, and recommend improvements.
- Support Train-the-Trainer programs and playbook creation to ensure consistent and scalable learning delivery.
