Accountabilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, review, and refinement of instructional materials and low-complexity learning content.
  • Facilitate learning programs, gather learner feedback, track progress, and recommend improvements.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer programs and playbook creation to ensure consistent and scalable learning delivery.
