Sandbox VR is seeking a Manager, IT Systems Support to ensure the reliability, performance, and growth of global retail technology systems. This role involves providing technical solutions across Windows, networking, and hardware, while also communicating with vendors. You will ensure system performance across global retail stores, plan and execute system updates, and lead the Global IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams. Responsibilities include developing IT support processes, monitoring system performance, collaborating across departments, and overseeing the IT ticketing system. The position also requires training IT staff, managing budgets, supporting hardware/software deployment, staying current with technology trends, and maintaining documentation. Travel required.
