Responsibilities:
- Receive and set up new projects/assignments across multiple systems, ensuring all provided information is accurate and complete.
- Manage and update project details, including following up with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing or revised information.
- Maintain accurate project statuses and ensure invoicing and payor details are kept up to date.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 5 years of administrative or insurance‑related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Flexibility to support urgent project setup needs during CAT (catastrophe) events and heavy workflow periods, which may require work outside standard business hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
