Kofile is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our distributed workforce and ensure an exceptional team member experience across our Missouri, North Carolina, and California locations. This role partners closely with operational and functional leaders to strengthen culture, performance, and engagement across remote and on-site teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, trusted advisor, and culture champion who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include serving as the primary HR partner for leaders and team members, building trusted relationships with leaders, coaching, supporting investigations, fostering a high-performance culture, analyzing people data, and supporting organizational change initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelorβs degree in HR, 5+ years in a strategic HR role, strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and working knowledge of employment laws.
