Job Description
Looking to hire multiple founding Technical Recruiters to join our recruiting team and help us build out a US based engineering team. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to find and attract A-players across Engineering and Product roles. Will plan, initiate, and execute strategic sourcing to build robust candidate pipelines; identify top performing candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, networking, etc); interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Handshake and Indeed), niche job boards, and leveraging our current employee networks. Will conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate interview processes; collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
