Synthesia is looking for Enterprise Account Executives to join their Enterprise team, utilizing experience in methodological, value-driven sales environments to land and expand Enterprise logos (1k - 10k employees) in Germany. Candidates must speak native-level German and have experience selling to Enterprise logos in DACH. The role involves driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through landing and expanding Enterprise customers in DACH, ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Accountabilities include accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account plans. Collaboration with the Customer Success team on account adoption, retention and expansion is expected. Subject matter expertise in how strategic organizations can revolutionize business communications and materials through AI-video is also expected.
