Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory. Own the sales management of the region, including contributing to the definition of sales budget, delivering monthly forecasting, and tracking inventory in assigned accounts. Establish strong relationships with key salespeople, buyers and the management teams at dealers and distributors to build expertise around their products, trust in the company, and a commitment to the brand. Proactive planning and execution that uses data, insights, and feedback from the account to create actionable opportunities.

Build a strong internal network with cross-functional business partners in operations, supply chain, demand planning, sales operations, and product line management teams to build support for important initiatives. Support strategic go-to-market plans that include close collaboration of forecasting for new product introductions (NPI) across FMIC and the account. Prepare action plans for each dealer based on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in each territory. Drive market, competitive, and client research initiatives in the LATAM region.
