Lead Payroll Specialist

Lead the Payroll Team in processing payroll for all salaried and hourly employees (US domestic and international). Create and refine all payroll procedure, time tracking and year end process documentation. Critically review and analyze current payroll and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations. Work collaboratively with the company’s stock administration team on processing exercises with payroll impact. Research, resolve and respond to payroll inquiries from employees. Partner with the equity team to execute RSU settlement in a timely and compliant manner. Manage vendor relationship (ADP, Deloitte and Nium).
