Job Description
As the Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution. This involves interacting with the Product and Engineering teams as needed. You will support our core customer base with their accounting and finance processes, guiding them on using Rillet as their business complexity increases. You will also own the process for maintaining relationships with our key customers, ensuring industry-leading satisfaction and retention rates. Your responsibilities include tracking and prioritizing customer needs with the Product team and advocating for our customers by understanding their needs and helping them maximize the benefits of Rillet through recommended best practices. The role is remote-first.
