Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic leadership to clients, aligning ServiceNow solutions with their business outcomes.
  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including resource deployment.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams.

Client Management:

  • Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
  • Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships within clients' organizations.

Sales and Financial Performance:

  • Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
  • Align account strategies to revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize experience to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.
