Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership to clients, aligning ServiceNow solutions with their business outcomes.
- Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including resource deployment.
- Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams.
Client Management:
- Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
- Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships within clients' organizations.
Sales and Financial Performance:
- Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
- Align account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- Utilize experience to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.
