Job Description
This is a remote role focused on co-selling, supporting, and driving Auth0 growth through our Partners and Alliances ecosystem, directly aligned with Auth0 Sales teams across strategic, enterprise and commercial sales segments. This involves managing a team of Partner Territory Alliance Managers (PTAM) responsible for co-selling Auth0 and Partner Development Managers (PDM) who develop our Auth0-focused Partners & Alliances ecosystem, including Solution Providers, SI/GSI, CSP, and Technology Partners.
The objective is to build and strengthen Oktaβs partner-leverage to drive Auth0 business across the Americas, establishing predictability and repeatability in Partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, deliver business plans, convey value propositions, work cross-functionally, and coach others. Leadership and relationship-building skills are critical.
