Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research using statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.
• Draft legal documents, organize case files, and prepare filings for court.
• Communicate with clients and assist attorneys in trial preparation.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and confidentiality.

Work Environment:

• Professional office environment with remote work flexibility.
• Largely sedentary role requiring computer use and occasional light physical tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the country and pass background and drug screenings.
